Interior Native Vote Ambassadors is seeking outgoing adults who are passionate about civic engagement and excited about mobilizing the Interior Native Vote. Successful candidates will educate community members on all things related to the November 5th General Election, including but not limited to local and absentee voting methods and applications, polling places, and deadlines. All Ambassadors will receive training and materials. OVERVIEW: Interior Native Vote Ambassadors is seeking outgoing adults who are passionate about civic engagement and excited about mobilizing the Interior Native Vote. Successful candidates will educate community members on all things related to the November 5th General Election, including but not limited to local and absentee voting methods and applications, polling places, and deadlines. All Ambassadors will receive training and materials. QUALIFICATIONS: – Commitment to the idea that every vote counts; – Access to social media platforms; – Willingness to educate yourself on candidates and ballot initiatives; – Nonpartisanship while acting in the Ambassador capacity HOURS AND DURATION: Ambassadors will work the three weeks before the General Election (October 14-November 1). They are expected to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. COMPENSATION: Ambassadors will receive a stipend of $500 with the possibility of performance bonuses.
