At the Chief Andrew Isaac Health Center, we’re all about making sure you get the best healthcare possible. When you come to see us, you’ll be assigned your own care team made up of doctors, physician’s assistants, care coordinators, nurses, and clerks. This team will be with you every step of the way to make sure you’re taken care of.
We want to make it easy for you to get seen by your team. You can schedule appointments the same day by calling our central scheduling. And if something urgent comes up after hours – call our main line to be connected with our triage services. We have three dedicated care teams—Team Deneege, Team Teekona, and Team Tudi. They work closely with our Urgent Care Clinic to make sure you’re taken care of when you need it most.

Primary Care Provider & Care Team Information
To choose or change your Primary Care Provider (PCP), please speak to any one of our staff members and they can assist you with choosing a provider.
When you call for your next appointment or your child is sick, we will offer you the next available appointment with your PCP.
If your PCP is not available, we will make an appointment with the other providers on your care team so that you will be able to see the same group of people each time you come in.
If you are not able to make an appointment with your primary care team, CAIHC Urgent Care Clinic is available for all of your urgent needs.
