My name is Holly Edwards, and I am the Customer Experience Coordinator for Tribal Client & Government Services. Within my position, I am a point of contact when Tribal members have comments, questions or concerns. This past year, I have had the opportunity to travel out to some of our communities and visit with Tribal members and Tribes. I have actively participated in various community outreach events and trips, and organized community gatherings.
One of the key responsibilities I have as a Customer Experience Coordinator is traveling to villages for outreach activities. This involves engaging with community members and providing them with information about the services that Tanana Chiefs Conference offers.
In addition to traveling for outreach, I have also organized community gatherings. These events provide an opportunity for community members to come together, socialize, and learn more about our services. These gatherings serve as platforms for networking and fostering a sense of community among our clients.
My most recent visit was to Holy Cross, where my family is from. This was my first visit to Holy Cross! I was able to meet not only the whole community but also with family, which was such a great opportunity.
