To better meet the needs of our patients, we’ve made some important updates to our Patient Travel services:
- New Voucher Pick-Up Location: Travel vouchers can now be picked up at Building B, front desk by the entrance during operating hours.
- Convenient Wright Air Location: Travel vouchers and meal tickets are also available for pick-up at Wright Air when patients land.
- 24/7 Emergency Support: Our Patient Travel team is available around the clock to assist with urgent travel needs. Call 907-451-6682 option 5 or 1-800-478-6822 option 5 for after-hours support.
Patient Travel Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday-Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM
