Each year resolutions are submitted by either the TCC Executive Board, Subregional Boards, Regional Health Board, Denakkanaaga Elders Board, Member Tribes and Organizations, or Emerging Leaders Youth Advisory Council to direct and guide the organization.
Resolutions are reviewed by the Resolutions Committee. The Resolutions Committee reviews all resolutions to ensure that they meet the Resolutions Rules. The Committee provides suggested edits to the sponsor. If the sponsor accepts those edits, the resolution will proceed as edited. If the sponsor does not accept the edits, they proceed to the full board with the suggested edits marked in redline.
Resolutions must be submitted to the TCC Legal Division no later than 5:00pm on Friday, February 26, 2024 for consideration at our Annual Convention.

- Submit both documents to the TCC Legal Division via e-mail, fax or mail to the following:
